How we process, pack and deliver your orders across India.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Processing time may vary for large bulk or customised orders, which will be communicated to you in advance.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days for major cities and 7–12 business days for remote or interior locations, calculated from the date of dispatch.
Estimated delivery timelines depend on the destination location, order size and courier/transport availability, and are confirmed at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, transport strikes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All products are securely and carefully packed before dispatch to protect them during transit.
Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on the order value, weight, volume and delivery location. Any applicable charges are informed and agreed during order confirmation.
PAN India delivery is available. For remote or restricted locations, additional time or charges may apply, which will be communicated beforehand.
