Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

Damaged during transit
Defective in quality or manufacturing
Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Reporting Window

Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting details and photographs of the product and packaging. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions

Products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
Made-to-order, customised or cut-to-size products may not be eligible for return unless found defective or incorrect.
Return shipping arrangements will be communicated after your claim is reviewed.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected — usually within 2–3 business days of receipt — an approved refund is initiated to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where mutually agreed, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Minor variations in colour, texture or pattern that are inherent to textiles.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
